Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i BDI-së, Arbër Ademi, ka reaguar ndaj vendimit të fundit të Gjykatës Kushtetuese për emërtimet e rrugëve në Tetovë, duke e cilësuar atë si rezultat të një vendimmarrjeje të majorizuar.
Sipas Ademit, vendimi është miratuar me pesë vota pro dhe tre kundër, ku, siç thekson ai, pesë gjyqtarë maqedonas kanë mbivotuar dy gjyqtarët shqiptarë dhe një gjyqtar turk.
Ai ka kritikuar edhe qëndrimet e përfaqësuesve të VLEN-it, të cilët, sipas tij, po arsyetohen se vendimi i Komunës së Tetovës nga viti 2007 për emërtimin e rrugëve nuk ka qenë asnjëherë në fuqi.
“Nëse ky vendim nuk ka qenë kurrë në fuqi, atëherë si mund të shfuqizohet? Pse do të duhej Gjykata Kushtetuese të zhvillonte procedurë për diçka që nuk ekziston?”, pyet Ademi.
Ai vlerëson se arsyetime të tilla janë absurde dhe fyejnë inteligjencën e qytetarëve.
“Më së shumti pres publikimin e vendimit të plotë. Ndoshta atëherë do të kuptojmë se si mund të shfuqizohet diçka që, sipas VLEN-it, nuk ka qenë kurrë në fuqi. Po ashtu do të shohim edhe rolin që kanë pasur ata në këtë proces”, ka thënë Ademi.
