Sastojci

• 1 kg krompira

• so

• lovor

• 1,5–2 dl maslinovog ulja

• maslinovo ulje

• mleveni biber

• origano

• peršun

• sok od 2 limuna

Priprema

Oljuštite i operite krompire. Zasecite ih unakrst, ali nemojte ih preseći do kraja. U svaki rez ubacite po jedan list lovora. Poređajte ih u pleh, a zatim ih pospite solju, biberom i origanom. Prelijte maslinovim uljem. U pleh dodajte i dve šolje vruće vode.

Pecite u rerni na 250 stepeni. Kada tečnost uvri, a krompiri postanu rumeni, dodajte limunov sok i vratite pleh u zagrejanu rernu na još nekoliko minuta.

U zavisnosti od ukusa, možete dodati tucanu papriku i beli luk.
