The city of Mostar has agreed to give the city's airport a concession.

The Mostar City Council approved by a vote of 19 to 0 the granting of a concession for Mostar Airport. The decision was made despite the boycott of 14 members of the Bosniak Club and Serbian MP Sergej Šotrić, who claimed their conditions were not met. The council raised questions regarding the future of the public company Aerodrom Mostar and its employees, as well as previous subsidies and debts. Mayor Mario Kordić emphasized that the city would retain ownership of the airport, while management would be transferred to the concessionaire.
