DUBAI je osvojio ABA ligu. Ekipa iz Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata je slavila u "Beogradskoj areni" protiv Partizana sa 81:83 (21:23, 18:17, 20:20, 22:23) i tako svrgnula crno-bele sa trona u regionalnom takmičenju.
Gosti su uspeli da naprave prvi brejk u duelu ovih timova i to im je bilo dovoljno da osvoje pehar u svojoj drugoj sezoni od osnivanja.
Kao da je važnost utakmice vezala ruke crno-belima koji su imali dosta promašenih otvorenih šuteva za tri poena (ukupno 6/26), kao i izgubljenih loptu što je rivalu omogućavalo poene u kontri.
Takođe, presudna stvar za krajnji ishod bio je ofanzivni skok Dubaija koji je u četvrtoj četvrtini pokupio praktično svaki svoj promašaj. Jedan od junaka bio je Aleksa Avramović koji je prepoznatljivom energijom totalno odeskao Karlika Džonsa koji je bio daleko od nivoa na koje je navikao navijače.
Upravo je on imao šut za produžetak, ali nije bio precizan što je značilo da gosti mogu da počnu da slave.
Koliko je Partizan bio van dobrog ritma u većem delu utakmice pokazuje i podatak da je najveća razlika koju je imao bila tri poena i to u dva navrata tokom treće četvrtine, a da je u četvrtom kvartalu vodio samo na početku.
Najefikasniji kod pobednika bio je Aleksa Avramović koji je postigao 13, a Mfiondu Kabengele je brojao do 14. Na drugoj strani su Isak Bonga i Sterling Braun postigli po 16.
Dubai je na kraju osvojio titulu sa 3-1 i jedina je ekipa u ABA ligi koja nije izgubila nijednu utakmicu kod kuće.

38' - Težak šut iz driblinga je pogodio Bertans i ovo su njegovi prvi poeni na utakmici. Još jednu loptu je izgubio Džons. Onda opet pogađa Bertans.
37' - Braun je uhvatio ofanzivni skok i poentirao. Tajm-aut je zatražio Sekulić. Bonga je bio polovičan sa crte.
36' - Petrušev poentira posle ofanzivnog skoka. Na drugoj strani pogađa Džekiri. Opet ima sreće Partizan, otvorene trojke promašili su Bertans i Avramović.
35' - Neverovatan koš dao je Dubai. Za skok su borili Bonga i Kamenjaš i neko ju je udario i ona je prošla kroz obruč. Avramović je iskoristio klizanje Džonsa, uzeo je loptu i lako poentirao.
34' - Odvojio se Avramović od čuvara i pogodio šut sa poludistance. Odmah mora da reaguje tajm-autom Penjaroja. Važnu trojku pogodio je Bonga i vezao pet poena.
33' - Avramović je pogodio tri slobodna bacanja. Nakon toga je sjajno proigrao Kamenjaša za lake poene.
