Cherries and pumpkins

Zelenjavna frtalja

V posodi zmešamo jajca, moko, pecilni prašek, mleko in sol v gladko zmes. Začinimo z muškatnim oreščkom, nato dodamo nariban sir, naribane bučke in blanširano zelenjavo.

Po dve zajemalki zmesi vlijemo na pooljeno ponev. Pečemo približno 2 minuti na vsaki strani, da se frtalja lepo zapeče. Narežemo na kose in ponudimo takoj.

Češnjeva pita s kardamomom

Češnje pomešamo s sladkorjem, škrobom, kardamomom in mandlji, dodamo še rum in vaniljo ter pustimo marinirati vsaj 2 uri. Testo razvaljamo in naložimo v pekač, nanj porazdelimo češnje, nato prelijemo z mešanico jajca in mleka. Tako pripravljeno postavimo v segreto pečico in pečemo pri 200 stopinjah 45 minut. Povsem ohladimo in ponudimo potreseno s sladkorjem v prahu.
