Highway accidents, Rama-Basha: Disabled and manipulative, the misfortune of this country, point

The mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, accused Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Dimal Basha of being 'incapable and manipulative' and called him 'the misfortune of this country,' following a fatal accident on the highway. Rama responded to Basha's earlier statement that he was 'manipulating' the situation after Rama claimed the Kurti government was risking citizens' lives.
