Kryeministri në detyrë i Kosovës, Albin Kurti, nuk është përgjigjur kur është pyetur lidhur me mundësinë e një koalicioni mes Vetëvendosjes dhe Lidhjes Demokratike të Kosovës.
“Urime Dita e shërbimit publik sot”, ka thënë ai teksa ka shkuar në aktivitetin për shënimit të 23 Qershorit – Ditës Ndërkombëtare të Shërbimit Publik, të organizuar nga Ministria e Digjitalizimit.
Të enjten Kurti në një video të postuar në Facebook ka deklaruar se për ta zgjedhur presidentin e ri, partitë opozitare duhet të ndryshojnë sjelljen, siç e ka quajtur ai, refuzuese.
Kurti, i cili është edhe kryeministër në detyrë, ka thënë pas përurimit të një rruge të martën se, do të përpiqet të sigurojë bashkëpunim me opozitën.
Lëvizja Vetëvendosje ka fituar zgjedhjet e 7 qershorit. Bazuar në rezultatin e deritashëm, ajo ka siguruar 53 ulëse në Kuvend.
Eksponentë të kësaj partie kanë thënë se rezultati ua mundëson ta formojnë vetë Qeverinë, vetëm me deputetët e komuniteteve, pa përfshirë ata të Listës Serbe.
KOHA ka kërkuar nga partitë oponente të Vetëvendosjes, qëndrim nëse do të pranojnë bashkëpunim për formimin e Qeverisë, nëse do t’iu bëhej ftesë, por nuk ka marrë përgjigje.
Kryetari i PDK-së, Bedri Hamza, ka thënë më parë se partia e tij është e hapur për bisedime me të gjitha subjektet politike, pa përjashtuar as Vetëvendosjen. Sipas tij, çfarëdo marrëveshje koalicioni, duhet t’i përfshijë të gjitha pozitat shtetërore.
Në përpjekjet për të zgjedhur presidentin gjatë legjislaturës së shkuar, Kurti pati takime me Hamzën e edhe kryetarin e LDK-së, Lumir Abdixhiku, por dështuan ta arrijnë marrëveshjen. Zgjedhjet e parakohshme u shpallën, në mungesë të zgjedhjes së kreut të shtetit.
Bazuar në interpretimin e Gjykatës Kushtetuese, koha prej 60 ditësh për ta zgjedhur presidentin, nis të rrjedhë me t’u konstituuar përbërja e re e Kuvendit.

Ministrja në detyrë e Drejtësisë, Donika Gërvalla, tha se Vetëvendosje do të angazhohet për bisedime me partitë opozitare për çështjen e zgjedhjes së presidentit pas certifikimit të rezultateve zgjedhore, ndërsa ka bërë thirrje për heqjen dorë nga, siç e cilësoi ajo, “mentaliteti bllokues”.
Gërvalla, tha se zgjedhjet e fundit kanë qenë të panevojshme dhe se tani është koha për diskutime serioze për konstituimin e institucioneve dhe zgjedhjen e presidentit.
“Edhe të kaluarën jemi përpjekur edhe me LDK-në dhe me të tjerët ta zgjidhim çështjen e presidentit. Kemi pasur zgjedhje tërësisht të panevojshme, për të cilat u dit që në fillim se nuk kanë për të sjellë ndonjë ndryshim të madh në përbërjen e kuvendit të ardhshëm. Për besë, është koha që me u ul e me diskutu seriozisht dhe me hequr dorë nga mentaliteti bllokues”, tha ajo.
Ajo shtoi se hapat e ardhshëm do të diskutohen fillimisht brenda koalicionit, e më pas edhe me partitë opozitare.
“Se cilët do të jenë hapat që do të ndjekim, atë do të ulemi së pari brenda koalicionit dhe do t’i diskutojmë, e pastaj do të ulemi të diskutojmë edhe me partitë opozitare. Do të jemi përsëri të përkushtuar dhe të angazhuar që të gjejmë mënyra për t’i qartësuar. Zgjidhja apo jo, njeriu kur hyn në negociata hyn me vullnetin për të gjetur zgjidhje, të cilën unë nuk mund ta paragjykoj sot, sepse në bazë të deklarimeve në media po duket sikur po. Gërvalla vlerësoi se partitë e tjera nuk duhet të vendosë kushte para nisjes së negociatave.
“Shikoni, opozita do të bënte mirë të mos vendoste kushte, sepse vendosja e kushteve, kushtëzimet, janë parakusht shumë i keq për fillim negociatash”, tha ajo.
