Se trata de la Comunicación “A” 8446/2026 del Banco Central que permite pedir un préstamo en moneda extranjera cuando existe una garantía también en dólares otorgada por determinados sujetos habilitados.

La nueva norma establece que las financiaciones a clientes con garantías en moneda extranjera, que actúan como principales pagadores, estarán exentas de ciertos requisitos relacionados con el flujo de ingresos en la moneda del crédito. Según explicó el gobierno de Javier Milei en la comunicación, implica que los deudores no necesitarán que los vencimientos de sus créditos se alineen con sus ingresos en la misma moneda.
