Am Rand von Rathenow (Landkreis Havelland) brennt es in einer Halle mit Altpapier. Das Gebäude stehe komplett in Brand, sagte ein Sprecher der Feuerwehr. Wegen der starken Rauchentwicklung sei eine Warnung herausgegeben worden. Das Feuer sei aber unter Kontrolle.

Verletzt wurde bei dem Feuer bisher niemand. Laut Polizei wurde eine Anzeige wegen einer möglichen Brandstiftung aufgenommen. Nach dem Brand sollen Beamte der Kriminaltechnik den Brandort untersuchen.
