Una grúa de hierro de gran tamaño se ha desplomado este lunes sobre las 13.30 horas en un edificio en construcción situado en la calle de Francisco de Salas, número 27, en el distrito madrileño de Tetuán, cerca de la calle de Bravo Murillo. La estructura se ha venido abajo y ha impactado contra dos edificios colindantes ubicados en las calles de Castilla y Tenerife. Afortunadamente, no se han registrado heridos , aunque varias viviendas han tenido que ser desalojadas y, al menos, la cubierta de un piso ha resultado dañado, así como dos terrazas de otro edificio.

Hasta el lugar se han desplazado al menos ocho dotaciones de Bomberos del Ayuntamiento de Madrid. También han acudido agentes de la Policía Municipal y de la Policía Nacional. Además, hay varias ambulancias del Samur en tarea preventiva que por el momento no han tenido que atender a ningún herido.

Como consecuencia de la caída de la grúa, se ha dañado parte de la cubierta de una vivienda situada en la última planta del bloque del número 60 de la calle de Tenerife . La familia residente en este piso ha sido desalojado de forma preventiva. Además, también se han registrado desperfectos en dos terrazas de otras sendas viviendas ubicadas en una finca de la calle Castilla 19 y en la cubierta de una nave de trasteros. Los técnicos del Ayuntamiento de Madrid continúan evaluando el alcance de los desperfectos para determinar el estado de los inmuebles afectados y garantizar la seguridad de los edificios colindantes.

Mientras tanto, agentes de la Policía Municipal, con el apoyo de drones, inspeccionan la zona para concretar el nivel de afectación y descartar riesgos adicionales. El perímetro permanece acordonado y bajo vigilancia mientras avanzan las labores de evaluación y aseguramiento del entorno.

La grúa siniestrada se encontraba instalada en el patio interior del edificio de tres altura en construcción, una obra que había comenzado el año pasado. La constructora que lleva a cabo la obra es Coliseum que anuncia en esa finca nueve exclusivas viviendas con zona ajardinada con piscina, trasteros, garajes y aerotermia individual. Las viviendas de un dormitorio cuestan 475.000 euros y los áticos en 585 euros.
