Ukrainian authorities state that Ukraine and Russia have conducted a new exchange of soldiers killed in the four-year-long war. Ukraine received 522 fallen soldiers, while Russia received over 30 bodies. Since the beginning of 2025, Russia has returned more than 20,000 dead Ukrainians and retrieved over 600 of its own.
