Po nalogu Posebnog odeljenja za suzbijanje korupcije Višeg javnog tužilaštva u Novom Sadu uhapšeno je ukupno 25 osumnjičenih mahom graničnih policajaca i carinika zbog korupcije.
Kako je saopšteno iz Višeg javnog tužilaštva u Novom Sadu uhapšeni su: V.K., V.V., M.L., G.M., M.B., A.L., S.S., M.S., V.P., M.M., D.P., G.T., V.Š., D.A., D.G.G., J.M., D.B., B.O., R.J., M.J., N.S., T.Š., N.V., I.S., i S.K., dok se za dvoje osumnjičenih intenzivno traga.
Od uhapšenih lica, osumnjičeni A.L. i D.P. se terete da su izvršili krivično delo Primanje mita i više krivičnih dela Zloupotreba službenog položaja .

Osumnjičeni R.J. da je izvršio krivično delo Davanje mita
Dok se ostali osumnjičeni V.K., V.V., M.L., G.M., M.B., S.S., M.S., V.P., M.M., G.T., V.Š., D.A., D.G.G., J.M., D.B., M.J., N.S., T.Š., N.V., I.S. i S.K. terete da su izvršili više krivičnih dela Zloupotreba službenog položaja.
Više javno tužilaštvo u Novom Sadu, Posebno odeljenje za suzbijanje korupcije je donelo naredbu o sprovođenju istrage u odnosu na 29 osumnjičenih lica, od kojih se 27 osumnjičenih terete da su krivična dela izvršili u svojstvu službenih lica, pri čemu su 23 osumnjičena postupali kao policijski službenici, dok su 4 osumnjičena postupala kao carinski službenici.
U toku do sada preduzetih radnji u okviru predistražnog postupka utvrđeno je da su u periodu od 30.12.2024. godine do 28.05.2025. godine na graničnom prelazu Badovinci:
osumnjičeni A.L., D.P. i B.O. izvršili krivično delo Primanje mita, na taj način što su u svojstvu službenih lica zahtevali poklon da u vezi sa svojim službenim ovlašćenjem ne izvrše radnju koju bi morali izvršiti,
osumnjičeni V.K., V.V., M.L., G.M., M.B., S.S., M.S., V.P., M.M., N.Đ., G.T., V.Š., D.A., D.G.G., J.M., D.B., B.P., M.J., N.S., I.N., T.Š., N.V.,, I.S., S.K., A.L. i D.P. izvršili više krivičnih dela Zloupotreba službenog položaja na taj način što su u svojstvu službenih lica nevršenjem svoje službene dužnosti pribavili drugim licima kakvu korist tako što su suprotno Carinskom zakonu, Zakonu o bezbednosti saobraćaja na putevima, Zakonu o strancima, Zakonu o carinskoj kontroli i dr omogućili većem broju lica koja nisu ispunjavala uslove za prelazak državne granice i prenos robe da to učine bez propisanog postupka granične kontrole i carinskog nadzora, te nakon otkrivanja prekršaja propisanih tim zakonima nisu preduzimali njihovo prekršajno gonjenje,
osumnjičeni R.J. i Đ.J. izvršili krivično delo Davanje mita iz člana 368. stav 1. Krivičnog zakonika na taj način što su učinili odnosno ponudili poklone službenim licima da u vezi sa svojim službenim ovlašćenjima ne izvrše službenu radnju koju bi morali izvršiti.
Osumnjičenima V.K., V.V., M.L., G.M., M.B., A.L., S.S., M.S., V.P., M.M., D.P., G.T., V.Š., D.A., D.G.G., J.M., D.B., B.O., R.J., M.J., N.S., T.Š., N.V., I.S. i S.K. određeno je zadržavanje do 48 časova, u kom roku će u skladu sa zakonom biti privedeni i saslušani u Posebnom odeljenju za suzbijanje korupcije Višeg javnog tužilaštva u Novom Sadu.
U današnjoj akciji učestvuje ukupno 11 javnih tužilaca, 5 javnotužilačkih pomoćnika i veći broj policijskih službenika Sektora unutrašnje kontrole MUP-a RS.
