U velikoj akciji policije i Uskoka je uhapšeno sedam osoba

Oko 8,6 kilograma droge , oružje i novac pronađeni su akciji istarske policije s PNUSKOK-om nakon višemjesečne istrage nad šest hrvatskih državljana za koje se sumnja da su neovlašteno nabavljali i prodavali drogu. Također, od njih šestero, petoricu i još jednu ženu sumnjiči se i za pranje novca.

Policija je otkrila sumnju da je 34-godišnjak, prvoosumnjičeni u ovom slučaju, organizirao i vodio zločinačko udruženje. Sumnja se da je nabavljao, posjedovao, prodavao i nudio na prodaju kokain i marihuanu na području Istarske županije najmanje od 1. siječnja 2025. do 17. lipnja ove godine te je u zajedničko djelovanje povezao drugoosumnjičenog 33-godišnjaka, kao i 35-godišnjaka, 59-godišnjaka, 43-godišnjaka i 19-godišnjaka.

Skrivali drogu u šumi

Svaki član udruženja je imao svoje zadaće, pa je tako 34-godišnjak nabavljao drogu na ilegalnom narko-tržištu i organizirao njeno dopremanje do šumskog predjela u Varvarima. Zatim je u baraci, koju je ilegalno postavio na državnom zemljištu, s 33-godišnjakom i 35-godišnjakom povećavao masu kokaina dodavanjem punila. Drogu su pakirali u manje pakete i skladištili ju u posudama koje su sakrivali pod zemljom i kamenjem u Varvarima i na području općine Kaštelir-Labinci.

Kada je drogu trebalo preprodavati, 33-godišnjak, 35-godišnjak i 19-godišnjak su je prevozili na područje Červar-Porta i sakrivali kod 33-godišnjaka na tajnoj lokaciji ispred stana i na nekim drugim mjestima. Drogu su dalje prodavali krajnjim konzumentima, a isto su radili i 59-godišnjak i 43-godišnjak. Uz to, posao 33-godišnjaka bio je pratiti i kontrolirati distribuciju droge kupcima tako što je obračunavao prodanu droge i vodio naplatu dugovanja od prodane droge.

Osumnjičeni su preprodali najmanje 1,9 kilograma kokaina i 338 grama marihuane.

Kako bi prikrili podrijetlo novca od preprodaje droge, policija sumnja su 34-godišnjak, 33-godišnjak, 35-godišnjaka, 43-godišnjak i 19-godišnjak su zajedno s 30-godišnjakinjom polagali novac u mobilne novčanike, na vlastite bankovne račune i račune drugih osoba i trošili ga za kupnju i dovršetak nekretnina, kupnju vozila i za svakodnevne potrebe.

U istrazi je sudjelovali 80 policajaca iz Policijskih uprava istarske i primorsko-goranske, a jučer je uhićeno svih sedam osoba.

Pronađeno više kilograma droge i oružje

Uz pomoć službenog psa pretraženi su domovi i drugi prostori koje koriste osumnjičeni te vozila i lokacija na kojima se čuvala droga. Pretresom je pronađeno je 2,983 kilograma kokaina, 2,5 kilograma hašiša, 3,1 kilograma marihuane te 17.535 eura, 1300 švicarskih franaka, digitalne vage, uređaji za vakumiranje, mobiteli, prijenosna računala, GPS lokator i drugi predmeti koji su korišteni prilikom počinjenja kaznenih djela. Također je pronađeno pet pištolja, tri ručne bombe, 151 gram plastičnog eksploziva s inicijalnom kapislom, pištoljski prigušivač te 582 komada streljiva.

Istarska policija kaže da je ovo najveća ovogodišnja zapljena droge na području te županije i dodaje da je osumnjičenike iz ovog slučaja već ranije kazneno prijavljivala. Osumnjičenici su predani pritvorskom nadzorniku, a kaznena prijava podnesena je Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta. Zbog posjedovanja oružja i streljiva bit će podnesene prijave nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.
