Trump insults Meloni, the foreign minister cancels his trip to the US

According to reports, during an interview with Italian television La7, U.S. President Donald Trump mentioned that Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni asked him to take a photo with her at the G7 summit in France. Trump described the encounter as awkward and expressed regret for agreeing to the photo request. Meloni later denied Trump's claims, calling them completely fabricated. In response to Trump's comments, Italy's Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani canceled his planned visit to the United States.

Predsednik ZDA Donald Trump in italijanska premierka Giorgia Meloni sta znova v sporu.

"Grozne in žaljive besede predsednika Trumpa (...)
