Κατηγορίες απαγγέλθηκαν κατά των δύο θυγατέρων του Χοσέ Λουίς Θαπατέρο στο πλαίσιο της έρευνας κατά του πρώην πρωθυπουργού της Ισπανίας για αθέμιτη άσκηση επιρροής, ανακοίνωσε το Εθνικό Δικαστήριο της Ισπανίας, ένα εθνικής δικαιοδοσίας δικαστικό όργανο που είναι αρμόδιο μεταξύ άλλων για σοβαρά οικονομικά εγκλήματα και εγκλήματα διαφθοράς.

Ο δικαστής Χοσέ Λουίς Καλάμα, επικεφαλής της έρευνας, «έλαβε την απόφαση αυτή κατόπιν αιτήματος της εισαγγελίας κατά της διαφθοράς η οποία ζήτησε εγγράφως την Τρίτη να λάβει τις καταθέσεις των θυγατέρων και της γραμματέως του πρώην πρωθυπουργού ως κατηγορουμένων», αναφέρεται στην ανακοίνωση του Εθνικού Δικαστηρίου.

Χθες, ο πρώην πρωθυπουργός, ιστορική και σεβαστή προσωπικότητα της ισπανικής αριστεράς, αρνήθηκε τις εναντίον του κατηγορίες ενώπιον του δικαστή Καλάμα.

Ο Θαπατέρο κατηγορείται στο πλαίσιο της έρευνας ότι υπήρξε «ο επικεφαλής ενός σταθερού και οργανωτικά δομημένου μηχανισμού αθέμιτης άσκησης επιρροής που είχε στόχο να αποσπώνται μίζες μέσω πολλαπλών εμπορικών εταιρειών που φαίνεται ότι εργαλειοποιούνταν για την διοχέτευση των πληρωμών».

Οι δύο θυγατέρες του Εθνικού Δικαστηρίου «είναι διοικητές» της μίας από τις εταιρείες που ονομάζεται Whathefav, η δραστηριότητα της οποίας φαίνεται, σύμφωνα με τις ενδείξεις, ότι συνδέεται με το δίκτυο που αποτελεί αντικείμενο της δικαστικής έρευνας.
