HUMAN SURVEY IN SPLIT: Croatian thugs tried to lynch Serbs, released

The Split County Court has decided to impose precautionary measures rather than investigative detention for four Croatian citizens accused of planning an attack on Serbian seasonal workers on the island of Hvar. The court ruled against the request by the Split Municipal State Prosecutor’s Office for investigative detention due to suspicions of involvement in a planned violent act. The accused have been ordered to avoid certain areas and report weekly to the local police station. Earlier reports indicated that police found items suitable for assault and identity concealment during a stop of 14

Krivične prijave i policijski pritvor

A shameful decision by the Split court, see what they found in their vehicles (PHOTO)

The Split Municipal State Prosecutor's Office submitted a proposal for the arrest of four Croatian citizens suspected of planning an attack on seasonal workers from Serbia on the island of Hvar. However, the Split County Court decided to impose precautionary measures instead of arrest, including restrictions on visiting certain areas and weekly check-ins with local police. During a search of two vehicles near a hotel, police found items suitable for an attack and identity concealment, such as sticks and undershirts, leading to the detention of all individuals involved.

The article headline refers to an incident involving 14 members of the Torcida group targeting a Serbian individual on Hvar, based on a tattoo they believed the individual had. The article title uses strong language, including the word 'horor' (horror) and refers to the perpetrators as 'junaci' (heroes) in a sarcastic or critical tone.
