Spain confirms the transfer of the case to Germany

A court on Mallorca has confirmed the transfer of the investigation into the case involving actress Collien Fernandes and her ex-husband Christian Ulmen to German authorities. Ein Gericht auf Mallorca hat die Abgabe des Ermittlungsverfahrens in der Sache der Schauspielerin Collien Fernandes gegen ihren Ex-Mann Christian Ulmen an die deutsche Justiz bestätigt. Ein Widerspruch von Fernandes gegen eine gleichlautende frühere gerichtliche Entscheidung sei zurückgewiesen worden, bestätigten die Rechtsanwälte beider Seiten heute auf Anfrage der dpa. Für Ulmen gilt die Unschuldsvermutung.

Fernandes will nach Angaben ihres spanischen Rechtsanwalts Jorge Agüero Lafora nach wie vor, dass das Verfahren gegen ihren Ex-Mann bei der Justiz auf Mallorca bleibt und die Ablehnung ihres Widerspruchs von der nächsthöheren Gerichtsinstanz überprüft wird. „Rechtsmittel sind eingelegt“, teilte der Rechtsanwalt auf Anfrage mit.

Fernandes hatte Ulmen im Dezember in Palma angezeigt. Das zuständige Gericht hält jedoch die deutsche Justiz für zuständig, da es sich bei Fernandes und Ulmen um deutsche Staatsbürger handelt, Unterlagen in deutscher Sprache sind und sich die meisten Vorwürfe in Deutschland abgespielt haben sollen.
