Nga një aheng familjar në Mal të Zi, Husnija Beshkoviq, në fundjavë po kthehej në shtëpinë e tij në Pejë.
Pjesën e fundit të rrugës e bëri në këmbë, pasi kalimi është i bllokuar me katër piramida betoni, të cilat, përveçse që pengojnë qarkullimin, shënojnë edhe kufirin mes Kosovës dhe Malit të Zi.
I lindur në Plavë e banor i Pejës, Beshkoviqi thotë se mungesa e një pike kufitare në Çakorr dhe mos rregullimi i rrugës nga ana e Kosovës e kanë bërë më të vështirë lidhjen me vendlindjen.
Në anën e Malit të Zi, rruga është e asfaltuar.
“Po të mos ishin këto, ne i themi, piramida unë përditë do të vija. Por, qe 27 vjet këto piramida janë këtu, këto bllokada, piramida i themi edhe me të vërtetë na kanë bllokuar ekonomikisht, familjarisht e në të gjitha anët na kanë bllokuar me këto piramida”, ka thënë Beshkoviq.
Rruga lidh Pejën me Plavën.
Segmenti që kalon nëpër Grykën e Rugovës është i asfaltuar deri në fshatin Kuqishtë, ndërsa rreth dy kilometrat e fundit, deri në kufi me Malin e Zi, janë të paasfaltuara.
Sipas Beshkoviqit, mungesa e qarkullimit po dobëson gradualisht lidhjet mes njerëzve në të dy anët e kufirit.
“Jo veç unë, por Peja, Deçani, Plava, Gucia i kemi lidhjet familjare, lidhjet tradicionale, lidhjet ekonomike dhe të gjitha këto lidhje, dita e ditës po hollohen”, ka thënë ai.
Edhe Agron Nikqi nga Shtupeqi i Madh deklaron se hapja e një pike kufitare në Qakorr do të sillte përfitime për banorët e 16 fshatrave të Rugovës.
“Kjo është një ngecje e një zhvillimi të hovshëm të trevës tonë sepse nuk qarkullojnë turistë, nuk qarkullojnë familjarë, nuk lëvizin miq e nipa e dajë të cilët janë të lidhur nga Plava e Gucia, Vuthaj në atë pjesë ku janë nipat e dajat të lidhur me këtë pjesën tonë”, ka thënë Nikqi.
Në prill, banorë të Rugovës, Plavës dhe Gucisë protestuan në të dy anët e kufirit, me kërkesën për funksionalizimin e rrugës.
KOHA ka dërguar pyetje në Ministrinë e Punëve të Brendshme dhe në Qeveri lidhur me arsyet e mos vendosjes së një pike kufitare në Çakorr dhe nëse ekzistojnë plane për hapjen e saj. Deri të dielën nuk ka marrë përgjigje.
Sipas Virtyt Gacaferrit, i cili udhëheq një kompani të turizmit malor, hapja e këtij pikë kalimi do të krijonte një korridor të rëndësishëm turistik dhe do të sillte përfitime të konsiderueshme ekonomike për të dy vendet.
“Hapja e këtij kufiri do të hapte një grykë shumë të bukur për motoristë, për çiklistë qoftë me biçikleta elektrike apo biçikleta normale që do të jetë Pejë-Çakorr, një rrugë shumë e bukur, pastaj do vizitohej Plava me një liqe shumë të bukur dhe pastaj do të lidhet me Shqipëri me rrugën Vërmosh-Shkodër që është një rrugë fenomenale. Ajo do të jetë një përvojë unike për motoristë edhe për çiklistë”, ka thënë Gacaferri.
Aktualisht, mes Kosovës dhe Malit të Zi funksionon vetëm pikëkalimi kufitar Kullë-Rozhajë.
Për të udhëtuar nga Peja në Plavë përmes këtij kalimi duhen rreth 120 kilometra rrugë.
Hapja e një pike kufitare në Çakorr do ta shkurtonte distancën për afërsisht 50 kilometra.
Ministria e Infrastrukturës ka dhënë tender për hartimin e projektit të rikonstruktimit të rrugës Pejë–Kuqishtë–Çakorr.
