Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve (KQZ) ka përmbyllur procesin e rinumërimit të të gjitha 185 vendvotimeve për të cilat kishte marrë vendim për rinumërim, ndërsa tani është teknikisht e gatshme për shpalljen e rezultateve përfundimtare të zgjedhjeve të 7 qershorit, tha zëdhënësi i KQZ-së, Valmir Elezi.
Elezi bëri të ditur se procesi i rinumërimit është përmbyllur sot në orën 12:00 dhe se të dhënat tashmë janë përditësuar në platformën e rezultateve të KQZ-së.
“Në vazhdim, ju njoftoj se në orën 12:00 është përmbyllur procesi i rinumërimit të të gjitha vendvotimeve, 185 sosh, për të cilat Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve ka marrë vendim që të rinumërohen. Të dhënat nga ky proces i rinumërimit janë përditësuar në platformën e KQZ-së për rezultate”, tha Elezi.
Ai theksoi se me përfundimin e këtij procesi, KQZ-ja ka mbyllur administrimin e të gjitha aktiviteteve të numërimit, si në Qendrat Komunale të Numërimit ashtu edhe në Qendrën e Numërimit dhe Rezultateve.
“Me përfundimin e rinumërimit, mund të konstatojmë se Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve ka përmbyllur administrimin e procesit që përfshin aktivitetet në Qendrat Komunale të Numërimit, si dhe në Qendrën e Numërimit dhe Rezultateve. Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve është i gatshëm që, teknikisht, tani të bëjë shpalljen e rezultateve përfundimtare të zgjedhjeve të 7 qershorit”, ka shtuar ai.
Megjithatë, sipas tij, para shpalljes së rezultateve përfundimtare duhet të përfundojnë afatet ligjore për paraqitjen e ankesave lidhur me procesin e numërimit dhe rinumërimit.
“Por, siç e kemi shpjeguar edhe më herët, duhet të presim nëse do të ketë ankesa lidhur me administrimin e numërimit nga dita e fundit në QNR, e cila ishte dita e mërkurë, 17 qershor, afat i cili përfundon sot, e premte. Gjithashtu, KQZ-ja do të presë nëse do të ketë ankesa lidhur me administrimin e rinumërimit, i cili është zhvilluar gjatë këtyre dy ditëve këtu në Qendrën e Numërimit dhe të Rezultateve, pra proces i cili është përmbyllur sot, më 19 qershor, në orën 12:00”, deklaroi Elezi.
Elezi njoftoi se, sipas procedurave, para shpalljes së rezultateve përfundimtare, KQZ-ja do të kërkojë konfirmim nga Paneli Zgjedhor për Ankesa dhe Parashtresa nëse ka ndonjë ankesë në shqyrtim. Po ashtu, ai bëri të ditur se Qendra e Numërimit dhe Rezultateve do të hartojë një raport të detajuar për procesin e rinumërimit dhe gjetjet në secilin vendvotim.
