Ponferrada joins the tributes to Gaudí

A commercial center in Ponferrada has opened an exhibition titled 'Gaudí, the architect who imagined tomorrow' to honor Antoni Gaudí on the centenary of his death. The exhibit includes a scale model of the Episcopal Palace of Astorga, a gallery showing changes to the building across the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries, and a multimedia presentation revealing details and secrets of the construction and Gaudí himself.

El Centro Comercial El Rosal de Ponferrada ha inaugurado la exposición «Gaudí, el arquitecto que imaginó el mañana' con la que pretenden homenajear al arquitecto catalán cuando se cumplen 100 años de su fallecimiento.

La muestra, ubicada en la entrada principal del centro, se compone ... de una maqueta a escala del Palacio Episcopal de Astorga, obra del arquitecto, una galería de imágenes donde se puede ver los cambios de este edificio a lo largo de los siglos XIX, XX y XXI y un audiovisual donde se pueden descubrir más detalles y secretos de esta construcción y del propio Gaudí.
