A Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal pediu nesta quinta-feira 18 ao ministro Alexandre de Moraes , do Supremo Tribunal Federal, para que seja autorizada a intimação e participação de Jair Bolsonaro (PL) em uma audiência no inquérito que investiga uma arma registrada em nome do ex-presidente encontrada com um militar.

Segundo o documento, a polícia tentou intimar Bolsonaro em sua casa, onde cumpre prisão domiciliar , mas foi impedida pela equipe de escolta. “Dessa forma, considerando a necessidade de assegurar a regularidade processual e a participação do intimando no ato designado, solicita-se a expedição da competente autorização e da respectiva intimação por determinação desse Juízo”, diz o texto.

A polícia quer ouvir o ex-capitão por videochamada no dia 24 de junho, às 15h A apreensão do revólver — uma pistola Glock de 9mm — ocorreu na noite desta segunda-feira 15, por volta das 23h30, em Taguatinga, região administrativa do Distrito Federal.

Na ocasião, o sargento da PM-DF, Davi Evangelista Alves, conduziu o sargento do Exército, Estácio Leite da Silva Filho, à delegacia. Na delegacia, o sargento afirmou que havia recebido o armamento após a identificação de uma pane aparentemente simples.

A defesa de Bolsonaro sustenta que o ex-presidente entregou a arma a Estácio apenas para manutenção. “A entrega do armamento teve por única finalidade buscar auxílio na identificação da falha e a realização da necessária manutenção”, afirmaram os advogados.
