The restoration of Villa 'Dominus' in Palić has begun, with plans to build a hotel behind it by 2027. The villa, built at the end of the 19th century in Split Alley, will be completely reconstructed. Crkva datira iz kraja 18. veka, izgrađena je od drveta, kamena, slame i blata, i godinama je bila u ruševnom stanju.

Urušenu crkvu Svetog Arhangela Gavrila u selu Dobrejance, u zaseoku Crna Bara, u Poljanici kod Vranja, malobrojni meštani, ali i oni čije je poreklo odavde, počeli su da obnavljaju.

Područje Poljanice na teritoriji grada Vranja obuhvata 22 planinska sela, od kojih su neka uz administrativnu liniju sa Kosovom i Metohijom .

Crkva iz vremena pre oslobođenja od Turaka

Novica Cvetković kaže da crkva datira s kraja 18. veka, kada ovi krajevi još uvek nisu bili oslobođeni od Turaka .

- Jedan od meštana Dobrejanca, koji ima preko 80 godina, pričao nam je da su u ovoj svetinji crkvenjaci bili njegov deda i pradeda, a njihovo pamćenje i priče išli su još decenijama unazad. Priča se da je crkva iz 18. veka. Sagrađena je od drvene građe, kamena, slame i blata, ali je zub vremena učinio svoje . Godinama je u ruševinama, mada se mnogi još uvek sećaju kako su kao deca ovde dolazili u portu na letnji sabor 26. jula. Ubrzo nakon toga u Dobrejance je sveštenik Škarić došao sa episkopom vranjskim Pahomijem, koji je dao blagoslov da se ova svetinja iz 18. veka obnovi, kako bi joj vratili izgled od pre dva i po veka .

Dobrejance je, inače, selo sa oko tridesetak stanovnika i uglavnom staračkim domaćinstvima . Masovan odlazak iz sela za boljim životom, u inostranstvo, Beograd, Vranje i veće gradove u Srbiji, kao i gašenje ognjišta nakon smrti roditelja, doveli su do toga da potomci zaborave na selo.

O nastanku sela malo se zna. Do dolaska Arnauta u ove krajeve, u Dobrejancu su živeli Srbi i neki Grk koji se kasnije poturčio .

O tome da su selo osnovali Srbi govore ostaci, zidine i tri stare crkve.

Kao veliko, raštrkano albansko selo, Dobrejance spominje putopisac Han 1861. godine. Posle oslobođenja 1878. godine, selo je ponovo naseljeno Srbima .
