Nova zakonodaja, ki bo začela veljati leta 2027 , potnikom zagotavlja pravico do brezplačne ročne prtljage in ohranja finančne odškodnine za zamude letov.

Potniki bodo upravičeni do dveh kosov prtljage

Kot poroča Euronews, bodo potniki po novem upravičeni do dveh kosov brezplačne ročne prtljage , ki morata biti vključena v osnovno ceno vozovnice. Za lete, daljše od 3.500 kilometrov, bo odškodnina znašala 300 evrov , v primeru zamude nad štiri ure ali odpovedi leta pa 600 evrov .
