Crna Gora je na današnjoj Međuvladinoj konferenciji privremeno zatvorila dva poglavlja: Poglavlje 2 (Sloboda kretanja radnika) i Poglavlje 28, (Zaštitu potrošača i zdravlje).

To je, na presu održanom nakon konferencije, saoptila zamenica ministra za evropska pitanja Kipra Marilena Ruena, prenose Vijesti .

Broj privremeno zatvorenih poglavlja se na taj način povećaona 16, od mogućih 33. Ruena je istakla da je demonstriran stabilan napredak Crne Gore na putu ka EU .

"Privremeno zatvaranje nije samo tehnički razvoj ili postignuće. Ono reflektuje konstantan napor da se ojačaju institucije, da se i postignu rezultati koji unaprjeđuju život građana Crne Gore", kazala je, dodavši da je tokom kiparskog predsedavanja EU formirana i radna grupa za izradu pristupnog ugovora.

Kos: Već pripremamo mesto za Crnu Goru u EU

Evropska komesarka za proširenje, Marta Kos je kazala da proširenje ne bi bilo moguće "bez najnaprednije zemlje u procesu pristupanja".

Ovih poslednjih nekoliko sedmica je pokazalo da je Crna Gora ostvarila napredak. prvo smo imali 20 godina nezavisnosti, pa veoma uspešan samit u Tivtu. Zatvorili smo skoro pola poglavlja - 16 od 33", istakla je.

Progres je veoma veliki, ali fokus treba da ostane na jačanju stubova bilo koje uspešne države - vladavini prava, slobodi medija, demokratskim institucijama koje podržavaju civilno društvo. I naravno na prosperitetu. Veoma je važno da proces pregovora prelazi partijske linije i da se tretira kao nacionalni prioritet i onaj koji kreira jedinstvo, stabilnost za sve ljude u Crnoj Gori", kazala je.

Kos je poručila da "svi politički lideri treba da nastave da se bore i nađu zajednički okvir za agendu EU".

Ona je zahvalila Kipru na podršci Crnoj Gori tokom predsedavanja, dodavši da "to daje predsedavanju Irske najveće šanse da dovede proces pristupanja Crne Gore do kraja".

Kos je ukazala da "postoji i podrška Pape", koji je prilikom posete Španiji rekao da "ohrabruje da njeguju proces pristupanja EU koji treba da bude poklon humanosti čovječanstvu".

Spajić: Mega ponedeljak

Premijer Crne Gore Milojko Spajić je današnji dan nazvao "mega-ponedeljkom".

"Mi kao Crna Gora smo veoma srećni da budemo dio ovog mega-ponedeljaka, super-utoraka i divnih sreda koje će doći", kazao je.

"Spremni smo da pređemo finiš liniju sa istim ciljem", dodao je.

On je ukazao da je broj privremeno zatvorenih poglavlja došao skoro do polovine.

"Dvadeset godina obnove nezavisnosti i samit u Tivtu pokazuje našu posvećenost. Ubeđeni smo da našim primerom širimo optimizam i da ovaj momentum sprovedemo u jedan potencijal politike proširenja koji će pokazati jednu novu perspektivu za Zapadni Balkan. Crna Gora ne kasni i ne improvizuje. Držimo reč i dostavljamo rezultate. Zbog toga je naš plan realističan, koliko je ambiciozan. Do kraja godine, zatvorićemo sva poglavlja i učiniti sve da Crna Gora bude 28. članica", poručio je šef Vlade.

Na pitanje novinara da prokomentariše non--pejpere o proširenju koji cirkulišu u medijima, Ruena je kazala da su svi dokumenti pokazatelj činjenice da "na prostoru EU postoji velika posvećenost i volja da se napravi napredak".

"Ovaj način su inputi članica na koji način da se proširenje ostvari", kazala je.

Kos je poručila da "bez angažovanja lidera neće moći da misle šta bi mogli bolje uraditi", ali i ukazala da će Crna Gora biti punopravna članica ako dostavi rezultate.

Ona nije imala odgovor na pitanje koliko proces integracija može da traje, jer je "to još uvek u procesu diskusija među članicama".

"Ovo se ne odnosi specifično na Crnu Goru, ali ste vi najnapredniji kandidat", saopštila je.

Spajić je poručio da se "trudi da pridobije svakog poslanika da glasa za ustavne promjene, ne samo dvije trećine njih".

"Bitno je da je svaki poslanik, svaka partija posvećena vladavini prava. Moja misija je da ih što više ubedim", istakao je.
