Brenda dhjetë ditësh është përmbyllur numërimi i të gjitha votave të zgjedhjeve të 7 qershorit.

Lëvizja Vetëvendosje, si subjekti i parë, ka marrë 382 mijë e 865 vota apo 47.13 për qind të totalit, rezultat që i siguron 53 ulëse në Kuvend.

Partia Demokratike ka fituar 157 mijë e 893 vota mijë vota ose 19.44 për qind dhe siguroi 22 mandate.

Lidhja Demokratike ka marrë 135 mijë e 559 vota vota apo 16.69 për qind, që përkthehen në 18 ulëse, ndërsa Aleanca ka fituar 54 mijë e 731 vota ose 6.74 për qind që ia sigurojnë 7 ulëse në Kuvend.

Me këtë shpërndarje të mandateve, Lëvizja Vetëvendosje ka mundësinë ta formojë qeverinë pa pasur nevojë për koalicion me partitë e tjera shqiptare.

Por, për zgjedhjen e presidentit, çështje për të cilën vendi shkoi në zgjedhje të parakohshme, nevojitet marrëveshje ndërmjet partive politike.

Me 53 deputetët e Vetëvendosjes dhe me 10 deputetët e komuniteteve joserbe, një marrëveshje me PDK-në do të siguronte 85 vota në Kuvend.

Ky numër përputhet me qëndrimin e kryetarit të LVV-së, Albin Kurti, i cili gjatë përpjekjeve për zgjedhjen e presidentit në prill kishte deklaruar se një kuorum prej 85 ose 86 deputetësh ofron siguri për një proces të suksesshëm.

Një marrëveshje me LDK-në do të siguronte 81 vota, vetëm një më shumë se minimumi kushtetues prej 80 deputetësh që nevojitet për të konsumuar raundin e parë dhe të dytë të votimit për president.

Më e vështirë është mundësia e formimit të qeverisë pa Vetëvendosjen.

PDK-ja, LDK-ja dhe AAK-ja së bashku kanë 47 deputetë.

Për të siguruar shumicën prej 61 votash, atyre do t’u duheshin edhe 14 deputetë të tjerë, çka nënkupton se, përveç komuniteteve joserbe, do të nevojiteshin edhe votat e Listës Serbe.

Pas sulmit terrorist në Banjskë në vitin 2023, partitë shqiptare nuk kanë bashkëpunuar me Listën Serbe, pasi ish-nënkryetari i saj, Milan Radoiçiq, mori përgjegjësinë për organizimin e sulmit ku mbeti i vrarë rreshteri Afrim Bunjaku.

Po ashtu, kandidatja e LDK-së për presidente, Vjosa Osmani, para zgjedhjeve ka theksuar se Lista Serbe mbetet vijë e kuqe për bashkëpunim politik.

Për t’ia dhënë mundësinë subjekteve për t'i formuar institucionet, së pari duhet shpallja e rezultateve përfundimtare dhe certifikimi i tyre.

KQZ-ja kishte paraparë përfundimin e numërimit më 21 qershor, por procesi është mbyllur katër ditë më herët.

Nëse nuk paraqiten ankesa, shpallja e rezultateve përfundimtare mund të bëhet më 22 qershor, ndërsa certifikimi më 2 korrik.
