Regionalnu sportsku javnost duboko je potresla vest o tragičnoj pogibiji Petra Prcea (Petar , dvadesetdvogodišnjeg čuvara mreže KMF Skvera (MNK Square), koji je izgubio život u teškoj saobraćajnoj nesreći na području Dubrovnika. Mladi Prce bio je standardni član ovog dubrovačkog futsal prvoligaša, gde je uspešno nastupao na poziciji golmana .
Od svog talentovanog igrača klub se odmah oprostio izuzetno emotivnom porukom na društvenim mrežama, uz reči:

Od nastradalog Petra se u suzama opraštaju brojni saigrači, bliski prijatelji, verni navijači, kao i celokupna sportska javnost Dubrovnika i okoline. Vest o njegovoj preranoj smrti preplavila je i brojne stranice i portale koji prate hrvatski i regionalni fudbal. Inače, MNK Skver slovi za jedan od najpoznatijih i najorganizovanijih futsal kolektiva u Hrvatskoj, a Prce je bio važan šraf ekipe koja se sa velikim uspehom takmiči u najelitnijem rangu tamošnjeg futsala.
Potresno klupsko saopštenje: Kada sport potpuno utihne
Dubrovački klub se od svog člana oprostio rečima koje nikoga ne ostavljaju ravnodušnim, naglašavajući da su u ovakvim momentima svi sportski motivi potpuno nebitni:
- U dubokoj boli i sa neizmernom tugom opraštamo se od našeg Petra Prcea. Postoje trenuci kada sport utihne. Trenuci u kojima utakmice, bodovi i rezultati postanu potpuno nevažni.

- Preranim odlaskom našeg Petra, MNK Skver je izgubio mnogo više od vrsnog golmana – izgubili smo odanog prijatelja, brata i nezamenljiv deo naše velike klupske porodice. Njegova čista ljubav prema futsalu i našem klubu ostaće trajno urezana u srcima svih koji su imali privilegiju da ga poznaju.
Na samom kraju, iz kluba su podsetili na surovu sudbinu koja ih je već nekoliko puta zadesila u prošlosti, ostavljajući iza sebe večna pitanja bez odgovora:
- Nažalost, ovo nije prvi put da naš klub prolazi kroz ovakvu neizdrživu bol. Previše smo puta, prerano i nepravedno, ispraćali naše ljude. I svaki put iznova ostaje ista bolna praznina i isto pitanje na koje niko nema odgovor.
