Vi vet at mange henvendelser som ender opp på legevakt, kunne vært løst av en digital time. Og vi vil gi folk et alternativ til fastlegen når behovet er der.

Derfor prøver vi ut en kommunal nettlege, der du kan få digital time hos en allmennlege når fastlegen ikke har ledig tid og henvendelsen egner seg for digital konsultasjon. Det vil avlaste køene både hos fastlegen og på legevakten.

Tre erfarne fastleger, som har sittet i referansegruppen, kritiserer ordningen i Aftenposten .

Som lege forstår jeg uroen for video. Men det er ikke skjermen som avgjør kvaliteten, det er de faglige rammene. Fagfolk fra Helsedirektoratet og kommunene har vært med på å utvikle tilbudet.

Vi har et valg. Vi kan fortsette med digitale tilbud kun for dem som kan betale ekstra. Eller vi kan prøve å la den offentlige helsetjenesten gi et godt tilbud, til samme egenandel som fastlegen, med en kvalitet vi måler underveis. Regjeringen velger det siste.
