En kvinne i 80-årene er bekreftet død etter en frontkollisjon i Rælingen mandag forrige uke.

Avsnittsleder for etterforskning ved Lillestrøm politistasjonsdistrikt, Per Morten Hvattum, bekrefter overfor Romerikes Blad at også kvinnen er død.
Det var kvinnen som var føreren av bilen. Ekteparet var bosatt i Lillestrøm kommune.
– Vi har ingen liv å miste i trafikken. Dette er veldig trist, og jeg har all medfølelse med familien og pårørende, sier ordfører Kjartan Berland til RB.
Totalt tre personer var involvert i ulykken. Den tredje personen, føreren av den andre bilen, ble fraktet til sykehus men uten alvorlige skader.
