Car accident on E16 in Lunner – the road closed for an extended period

Trafikkulykken har skjedd mellom Bjørkhaugtunnelen og Sætretunnelen. To personbiler har frontkollidert, melder politiet klokken 17.25. Litt før klokken 18 melder politiet at luftambulansen er på plass ved ulykkesstedet.

To personer skal være alvorlig skadet. Klokken 18.03 melder politiet at tre pasienter er fraktet i amb til sykehus.

Strekningen der ulykken har skjedd, er del av E16.

Den ene personbilen kjørte nordover retning Vågsbotn, Bilen traff autovernet og ble kastet over i motgående kjørefelt hvor den frontkolliderte med den andre bilen. Fører og passasjer av ulykkesbilen, samt fører av den andre bilen er til behandling på Haukeland universitetssjukehus.

Ulykkesstedet ble gjenåpnet for fri ferdsel ved 19-tiden.
