La carrera empresarial de Alberto González Amador ha cambiado radicalmente desde que es pareja de Isabel Díaz Ayuso. Sus sociedades llegaron a multiplicar por siete la facturación al Grupo Quirón a partir del inicio de la relación sentimental entre el empresario y la presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid. El Grupo Quirón es el principal beneficiario de la política de privatización de parte del servicio sanitario que lleva a cabo el Gobierno que preside Isabel Díaz Ayuso, con alrededor de 1.000 millones de facturación anual salidos de las arcas públicas.
Un escrito de la Agencia Tributaria remitido al juzgado que investiga a González Amador ha permitido aflorar el negocio del novio de la presidenta con Quirón Prevención desde que son pareja. elDiario.es reveló hace dos años que en 2021, cuando comenzó la relación, los ingresos de González Amador procedentes de Quirón se multiplicaron por cuatro respecto del ejercicio anterior. Ahora, gracias al escrito de Hacienda, trasciende que los ingresos del empresario y comisionista no dejaron de crecer en los dos años posteriores, 2022 y 2023. En total, desde que arrancó la relación, González Amador ha multiplicado por siete sus ingresos del gigante de la sanidad privada.
La pandemia resultó una oportunidad de negocio para el empresario. En 2020 obtuvo los dos millones de euros en la comisión que está bajo el foco de la investigación. Esa operación lleva aparejada un presunto soborno a Fernando Camino, presidente de Quirón Prevención, pero también consejero entonces de otra empresa con la que habría orquestado el ‘pelotazo’ de las mascarillas para su amigo y del que luego se habría llevado una parte.
En cifras de negocio total, la principal empresa de González Amador, llamada Maxwell Cremona SL, pasó de facturar 357.773,87 euros en 2019 a más de 2,33 millones en 2020. Fue el resultado de la comisión de las mascarillas y no de la que había sido su principal fuente de ingresos hasta entonces y que lo siguió siendo en los años posteriores.
En mayo de 2021, una revista del corazón retrató el viaje a Ibiza de la presidenta con su nueva pareja sentimental, al que presentaba como un “técnico sanitario”. Fue en ese ejercicio cuando Quirón Prevención, que llevaba contratando la consultoría de González Amador desde 2017, decidió regarle de encargos. Hasta acabar 2021 con 1.078.412 euros de ingresos procedentes de Quirón, cuatro veces más que el año anterior y el triple de lo que facturó la empresa de González Amador en 2019.
Esos trabajos para Quirón siguieron en ascenso. En 2022, González Amador rozó los 2 millones de euros de facturación al gigante sanitario (1.956.449). En 2023, la cifra de ingresos fue de 1.401.634, cuatro veces más de lo que facturaba a Quirón previo a la pandemia y antes de compartir su vida con la presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid. El informe de Hacienda no recoge las cifras de los ejercicios 2024 ni 2025.
En total, Hacienda ha cifrado ahora en 4,43 millones de euros las cantidades cobradas por la pareja de Ayuso del grupo sanitario en el periodo 2021-2023 . De 2020 hasta 2023, la cifra asciende a 4.711.768,83 euros.
En la tarde de este jueves, Miguel Ángel Rodríguez intentó desacreditar las informaciones basadas en el escrito de la Agencia Tributaria. El jefe de gabinete de Ayuso publicó en X: “El último contrato con QUIRÓN fue del año 2010. La presidenta no estaba ni pensada. No pueden tapar que las hijas de Zapatero van pa’lante”. Después, en declaraciones a El País, Rodríguez añadió que la Agencia Tributaria “debería ser dinamitada”
Las revelaciones sobre la relación comercial del novio de la presidenta y Quirón responden a que la Agencia Tributaria ha tenido que informar al magistrado del caso sobre González Amador de que tiene abiertas unas inspecciones a Quirón y a su matriz. Consciente de que hay una causa judicial que se solaparía con su trabajo de inspección, la Agencia Tributaria necesita de una orden judicial para detener la parte coincidente.
Así lo establece la La Ley General Tributaria, que prohíbe a la Inspección suspender los procedimientos por iniciativa propia en estos casos. Es obligatorio que la orden provenga del órgano judicial. Por ello, Hacienda solicita formalmente al juzgado que ordene la paralización parcial de la inspección tributaria para que se detenga “exclusivamente” la parte que afecta a la comprobación de los servicios realizados por Maxwell Cremona y Masterman & Whitaker.
El escrito de Hacienda se limita a trasladar al juzgado unos datos básicos de su inspección para que el juez Antonio Viejo pueda decidir. Así, la Agencia Tributaria asegura que su departamento de Grandes Contribuyentes está investigando a Helios Healthcare, la matriz de Quirón en España, por su condición de representante ante Hacienda de todo el grupo.
