In einem Luxus-Kaufhaus in der westlichen Berliner Innenstadt hat ein Gast in einem Restaurant heftig randaliert und sich mit der Polizei geprügelt. Der 43-jährige Mann stritt sich laut Zeugen am Montagnachmittag in dem Restaurant mit einem Begleiter, wie die Polizei berichtete. Dabei soll der angetrunken wirkende und hochaggressive Mann mit Essen und einem Glas geworfen haben.
Er forderte demnach den Koch zu einem Kampf heraus und sollte daraufhin von Wachleuten hinausgeworfen werden - was aber nicht gelang. Auch gegen die alarmierten Polizisten wehrte der Mann sich mit allen Kräften und schlug und trat um sich. Dabei biss er einem Polizisten in einen Schuh und schlug den eigenen Kopf auf den Boden.
Die Polizisten konnten den Randalierer schließlich überwältigen. Mit einem Krankenwagen wurde er zur psychiatrischen Untersuchung in ein Krankenhaus gefahren, unterwegs griff er erneut einen Polizisten an. Schließlich wurde er in der psychiatrischen Abteilung eines Krankenhauses aufgenommen.
