Haxhiu appreciates Swedish support for the audit

Ushtruesja e Detyrës së Presidentes së Republikës së Kosovës, Albulena Haxhiu, priti sot në takim Auditoren e Përgjithshme të Suedisë, Christina Gellerbrant Hagberg, e shoqëruar nga delegacioni i Zyrës Kombëtare të Auditimit të Suedisë.

Presidenca njofton se në takim u vlerësuan marrëdhëniet e shkëlqyera ndërmjet Kosovës dhe Suedisë, si dhe mbështetja e vazhdueshme suedeze për forcimin e institucioneve të Republikës së Kosovës.

Sipas njoftimit, U.D. Presidentja Haxhiu theksoi rëndësinë e auditimit të pavarur për transparencën, llogaridhënien dhe menaxhimin e përgjegjshëm të parasë publike. Ajo vlerësoi punën e Zyrës Kombëtare të Auditimit të Kosovës dhe rolin e saj në forcimin e besimit të qytetarëve në institucionet publike.

Në veçanti, ajo shprehu mirënjohje për mbështetjen që Zyra Kombëtare e Auditimit e Suedisë i ka dhënë ZKA-së ndër vite, duke kontribuar në ngritjen e kapaciteteve profesionale, zhvillimin institucional dhe avancimin e praktikave të auditimit në përputhje me standardet ndërkombëtare.

Në takim u nënvizua rëndësia e vazhdimit të bashkëpunimit ndërmjet dy institucioneve të auditimit, me fokus në forcimin e kapaciteteve profesionale, shkëmbimin e përvojave dhe zbatimin e standardeve ndërkombëtare të auditimit.

Haxhiu rikonfirmoi përkushtimin e Kosovës për qeverisje të mirë, transparencë, integritet institucional dhe llogaridhënie publike.
