Ο Ουκρανός πρόεδρος υποστήριξε ότι βασικοί οδικοί άξονες ανεφοδιασμού έχουν παραλύσει, ενώ η χερσόνησος που η Ρωσία προσάρτησε το 2014 αντιμετωπίζει σοβαρές ελλείψεις καυσίμων. Μάλιστα, η συγκεκριμένη κατάσταση επιδεινώθηκε το πρωί της Τρίτης, καθώς ουκρανικά drones χτύπησαν γέφυρα στην περιοχή Χόνγκαρ, που συνδέει την ηπειρωτική Ουκρανία με την Κριμαία.
Την ίδια στιγμή, στο ανατολικό μέτωπο, η ρωσική προέλαση έχει σχεδόν σταματήσει.
