One of Romania's largest hoteliers announces €11 million investment and rebranding

UNITA Turism Holding, one of Romania's largest hotel chains founded by Josef Goschy, is undergoing a rebranding and modernization process with investments totaling 11 million euros. The company has transitioned to being known as UNITA Hotels. In 2016, Goschy sold the Onix and Safir hotels in Cap Aurora to the Movileanu family. In 2027, Mohammad Murad's chain Phoenicia acquired the rights to the Amfiteatru-Panoramic-Belvedere complex in Olimp from Goschy.

UNITA Turism Holding devine UNITA Hotels, iar proiectul presupune investiții de 11 milioane de euro.

Josef Goschy a vândut în 2016 către familia Movileanu hotelurile Onix și Safir din Cap Aurora, cu 345 de camere, clasificate la două stele.

În 2027, lanțul Phoenicia, deținut de Mohammad Murad a cumpărat de la Josef Goschy fosta „perlă a litoralului”, complexul Amfiteatru-Panoramic-Belvedere din stațiunea Olimp dreptul de autor.
