El Consejo de Transparencia señala graves incumplimientos del IMAE en contratos, cuentas, presupuestos y retribuciones. Le exige corregir esos fallos en publicidad activa y le obliga a publicar toda la información sobre su documentación económica entre los que se incluyen convenios, subvenciones, cuentas, auditorías, fiscalización ... y deuda pública.
