Suspicion of vote tampering by the Serbian List

Gjatë rinumërimit të votave në Qendrën e Numërimit dhe Rezultateve, janë ngritur dyshime për manipulim të procesit zgjedhor nga ana e Listës Serbe.

Sipas të dhënave të siguruara nga RTK, janë gjetur shumë fletëvotime të plotësuara me shkrim të njëjtë dhe formë të njëjtë, është përdorur edhe shenja e barazimit e të tjera, në të gjitha komunat me shumicë serbe.

Po ashtu, në listat ku nënshkruhen votuesit para se të shfrytëzojnë të drejtën e votës, është vërejtur nënshkrim i njëjtë në disa raste.

Rasti është denoncuar në Policinë e Kosovës.

“KQZ, ka filluar ri numërimi i kutive të votimit për vendvotimet e përzgjedhura sipas rastësisë. Nga ri numërimi i kutisë së votimit për vendvotimin 3602/02 në Komunën e Parteshit, kemi hasur në fletëvotime (të bashkangjitura në e-mail) për të cilat shihet paterni i njëjtë (shënjimi në fletëvotim) në tri (3) raste të ndryshme. Po ashtu, për këtë vendvotim, gjeni edhe imazhe të listës përfundimtare të votuesve, ku vërehen nënshkrime të njëjta, e për të cilat duhet të vërtetohen nga institucione/ organe kompetente. Raste të tilla sikurse në Komunën e Parteshit, ka edhe në komunat tjera, si: Graçanicë në dy vendvotime: 3401/01 dhe 3403/01. Po ashtuë në Zveçan në vendvotimin: 2905/01”, thuhet në denoncim.
