Elementos de la Fiscalía General de Oaxaca detuvieron a uno de los presuntos implicados en el atentado contra el presidente municipal de Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz, Isidro César Figueroa Jiménez.
También se aseguró la motocicleta que, de acuerdo con las indagatorias, fue utilizada para cometer el ataque y emprender la huida.
La captura del imputado se sustentó, entre otros actos de investigación, en el señalamiento directo de testigos presenciales de los hechos ocurridos en calles de esa población.
La fiscalía de Oaxaca informó que mantiene bajo resguardo el vehículo asegurado y al detenido a disposición del Ministerio Público. Agregó que siguen las investigaciones para localizar y detener al segundo participante de este ataque, así como para rastrear e identificar a quien o quienes pudieran estar detrás como los autores intelectuales.
