The trial of the Loan case has begun: they ask to arrest all the defendants who are on parole

A trial has begun in Corrientes regarding the disappearance of five-year-old Loan Danilo Peña, who was last seen in the locality of 9 de Julio on June 13, 2024. Seventeen individuals are being tried for various charges, including the abduction of the minor, obstruction of the investigation, and misappropriation of public funds. The trial, expected to last at least four months, will include testimonies from over 180 witnesses. The prosecution aims to determine the child’s current location, which was lost in an orange grove in El Algarrobal when the boy and his father were having lunch at his外婆C

The trial has been marked by procedural issues, including a defendant arriving late and a prosecutor warning of potential nullification risks.
