Søndag kveld meldes det om en brann i et bygg i Strandgaten i Bergen sentrum.
– Det er evakuert to adresser og det er spredningsfare. Dette er midt i en gågate, sier vaktleder i Vest 110 Børre Brekkvassmo til VG.

Den første meldingen om brannen ble sendt ut klokken 19.41.
Brekkvassmo sier at det er meldt om stor røykutvikling på stedet og at funn så langt kan tyde på at det er en mulig konstruksjonsbrann.
– Det er en type brann som er skjult og dermed ikke synlig på utsiden av bygget.
Det er mannskap fra tre brannstasjoner på stedet.
– Innsatsleder brann bekrefter at det er startet slukking på stedet klokken 19.54.
