„De ce trebuie să sufăr eu din cauza asta? De ce nu le doboară?” Aceasta a fost doar una dintre reacțiile virulente ale moscoviților pe rețelele sociale, după unul dintre cele mai ample atacuri cu drone ucrainene lansate asupra capitalei ruse și a regiunii înconjurătoare de la începutul acestui an.

Alții și-au exprimat consternarea în fața realității că războiul a ajuns să afecteze vizibil viața din inima Rusiei.
„Oare de ce a fost atacată Moscova? Este o capitală, nu un sat! Ce se întâmplă? Ajung până în centrul Moscovei și în suburbii. Luați apărarea antiaeriană și echipamentele din Crimeea! Cum mai putem trăi așa?”, a reacționat un alt locuitor.
Anterior, președintele ucrainean Volodimir Zelenski a corelat acest atac cu recentele lovituri rusești asupra Kievului, inclusiv cu distrugerile provocate la complexul Lavra Pecerska, aflat sub protecția UNESCO. „Au lovit Lavra. Am spus deschis că pregătim un răspuns și că îl veți vedea. Cred că îl vedeți acum” , a declarat Zelenski.

Propagandiștii ruși Vladimir Soloviov și Armen Gasparian au cerut arestarea și trimiterea în judecată a moscoviților care au filmat și distribuit imagini cu atacul ucrainean, solicitând utilizarea tehnologiei de recunoaștere facială pentru identificarea acestora, după un atac record care ar fi implicat 194 de drone.
Reacția aparatului de propagandă al Kremlinului a fost una de o agresivitate extremă. Armen Gasparian, moderator la canalul de stat Solovyov Live, a cerut serviciilor de securitate (FSB) să deschidă dosare de înaltă trădare pe numele cetățenilor care au înregistrat imagini cu atacurile.
