Belgian giant invited to the European elite

The Serbian basketball clubs Partizan and Crvena Zvezda have received official invitations to become permanent franchises in the EuroLeague, according to the Serbian media outlet Meridian Sport. The invitation follows a decision by the Euroleague Commercial Assets board to continue transforming 10-year license holders into franchise members. Both teams currently compete in the EuroLeague with temporary three-year licenses valid until 2028.
