Bartek didn't show up to court with the cops surrounding Curiel.

Poslanca Hlasu Michala Barteka zažalovali policajti v súvislosti s jeho výrokmi z novembra 2025. Vo videu na Facebooku hovoril o tom, že v spore s ministrom vnútra Matúšom Šutajom Eštokom si vybrali sudcu, ktorý o ich žalobe rozhodoval.

„Neskrývam sa. Svoje vyjadrenia niekedy hovorím ostro, ale vždy v súlade so zákonom, čo som pripravený preukázať na akejkoľvek súdnej inštancii, kde bude potrebné,“ vyhlásil vo februári poslanec Hlasu Michal Bartek. Videom na Facebooku takto reagoval na žalobu, ktorú naňho podali policajti dnes už zrušenej Národnej kriminálnej agentúry okolo Jána Čurillu.

Barteka zažalovali za jeho slová o tom, že si vybavili rozsudok v spore s ministrom vnútra a predsedom Hlasu Matúšom Šutajom Eštokom. Poslanec reagoval na medializovaný kontumačný rozsudok, ktorý vydal sudca Mestského súdu Bratislava IV Adam Hradský a  ktorý v týchto dňoch krajský súd zrušil .

Keď vo štvrtok ráno začal súd rozhodovať v Novom Meste nad Váhom o žalobe na Barteka, napriek prísľubu spred štyroch mesiacov poslanec neprišiel. Parlament totiž v čase pojednávania rokoval o vyslovení dôvery štvrtej vláde Roberta Fica (Smer).

Bartekova právna zástupkyňa Martina Mrázová klienta ospravedlňovala. Aj novinárom tvrdila, že ešte v stredu večer sa na pojednávanie pripravovali a poslanec bol presvedčený o tom, že príde. Nakoniec sa stretnutiu s policajtmi vyhol.

Bartek chýbal aj sudcovi

„Žiaľ, rokuje sa o vyslovení dôvery vlády a pochopiteľne je jeho prítomnosť vzhľadom na také závažné hlasovanie nevyhnutná,“ hovorila Mrázová. Ide podľa nej o kľúčové hlasovanie a Bartek má plné právo si vykonávať poslanecký mandát.
