Quarta Repubblica pubblica alcuni spezzoni dell’interrogatorio di Alberto Stasi davanti al procuratore capo di Pavia Fabio Napoleone che risale al 20 maggio 2025 . Il fidanzato di Chiara Poggi condannato per l’omicidio di via Pascoli del 13 agosto 2007 a Garlasco parla delle indagini e della nuova accusa nei confronti di Sempio. E anche di alcune circostanze a lui non chiare.
Il muro di cinta della villetta
In uno degli spezzoni Stasi dice che il muretto di cinta di casa di Chiara era rotto nel punto in cui lui ha scavalcato il giorno che ha trovato il cadavere della fidanzata . «Era rotto, ma non l’ho rotto io. E nemmeno lo ha fatto qualche carabiniere. Qualcuno potrebbe aver scavalcato. Ed è una cosa che mi ha sempre lasciato una domanda, un’anomalia . Così come la cenere nel posacenere . Io non fumavo, Chiara nemmeno, i genitori erano partiti da una settimana. C’è qualcosa che non torna. Ma non so darmi una risposta».

Poi Napoleone gli parla dell’ impronta 33 e gli dice che ci sono 15 corrispondenze con quella di Sempio, spiegando che si tratta di un’attribuzione certa. «Se lo avessimo avuto prima… è una cosa personale» , commenta Stasi. Parla anche delle telefonate che Sempio ha fatto a casa Poggi nei giorni successivi al 4 di agosto 2007 , dicendo che Chiara non gli ha detto nulla della vicenda e ipotizzando che forse lei aveva altro per la testa all’epoca.

Il video intimo con Chiara
Stasi parla del video intimo con Chiara e dice che non sapeva che fossero circolati. Su Marco Poggi , dice che gli chiese entrando in casa sua se era vero che c’erano video sessuali tra lui e Chiara . Gli fece solo la domanda, forse perché aveva sentito che c’erano. Si tratta del periodo precedente al fermo di Stasi per il delitto. Parla anche degli studi a Londra e della visita di Chiara, aggiungendo che non la fidanzata non gli parlò di problemi o preoccupazioni. Infine, sull’ultima serata, dice che è andato al bagno durante la cena e dice che anche lei è andata a lavarsi le mani.

L’intervista di Elisabetta Ligabò
Nei giorni scorsi ha parlato con La Repubblica Elisabetta Ligabò , la madre di Stasi. Sulla nuova indagine a carico di Sempio, ha parlato di «elementi forti. Sì, a questo punto, certo che ci credo. Spero fin dal 2007. Non potevo accettare quello che stava succedendo ad Alberto. L’ho sempre detto: se solo avessimo avuto, sia io sia mio marito, il minimo sospetto che fosse stato lui, io personalmente lo avrei preso e portato dai carabinieri. Certo, dopo la condanna del 2014 la fiducia nella giustizia è venuta a traballare. Ma questa Procura ha lavorato in modo eccellente».

La mamma di Stasi ha ricordato Chiara. «Veniva a casa nostra, anche se non spessissimo. E poi in quella al mare, quando andavano insieme. Erano due ragazzi stupendi. Mi rimane il suo sorriso: sorrideva sempre. Ricordo l’ultima volta che venne a bussare, nel luglio 2007 , quando Alberto era già partito per Londra e Chiara venne a prendere dei vestiti da portar su . Aveva una gonnellina rossa e una maglietta bianca. Sorridente, felice di andare a trovare Alberto. Comunque Chiara è sempre nei miei pensieri e nelle mie preghiere. E so che lei da lassù ci sta proteggendo».

L’assassino
Quanto infine al fatto che il vero assassino possa essere in libertà da 19 anni , la madre di Stasi ha detto: «Mi auguro che lo abbia vissuto male, e io non sono abituata ad augurare il male a nessuno. Ma mi auguro non li abbia passati bene, se ha una coscienza. Speranza che parli? Non so. E per il resto non saprei cosa dirgli».
