Les magistrats d’Auch dénoncent «une vindicte populaire» encouragée par le discours politique

Les personnels du tribunal d’Auch (Gers) ont adopté une motion dénonçant une «vindicte populaire» encouragée par «un discours politique décomplexé» , selon une motion dont l’AFP a eu connaissance, confirmant une information de Libération. «Cette défiance publique envers la magistrature a déjà des conséquences : insultes, menaces de mort reçues par Madame la Procureure de la République, discours de certains justiciables en audience» , a indiqué cette motion votée le 8 juin en assemblée générale réunissant l’ensemble des magistrats fonctionnaires et contractuels du tribunal d’Auch.

Les signataires ont mis en cause «un discours politique décomplexé» émanant de «personnalités politiques placées au plus haut niveau de responsabilité» , conduisant à la «vindicte populaire» . Ces propos font référence à ceux tenus, entre autres, par le garde des Sceaux, Gérald Darmanin qui avait tempêté la semaine dernière contre «les dysfonctionnements accablants et inacceptables des services de l’Etat» , évoquant «évidemment des sanctions» contre des magistrats si des manquements venaient à être mis au jour. «Il est clair qu’il y a un dysfonctionnement et c’est inacceptable» , avait déclaré vendredi le président Emmanuel Macron, depuis le Monténégro, en rejetant tout argument sur le manque de moyens de la justice.

Les personnels du tribunal d’Auch ont aussi tenu à mentionner les chiffres de leur cadence effrénée, affirmant avoir reçu 10.000 plaintes en 2025 pour seulement «trois magistrats du parquet pour une population de 192.000 habitants» . En propos liminaires de ce document, les signataires ont souhaité «adresser leurs pensées à la famille et aux proches de Lyhanna, et s’associent à leur douleur» . L’assemblée a affirmé «son plein et entier soutien à Madame la Procureure de la République et plus largement au parquet d’Auch, qui reste indéfectiblement engagé à la défense des valeurs qui fondent notre République et permettent le vivre ensemble» .
