Μετά από φάουλ του Ναν στον Βεζένκοφ ο Ταϊρίκ Τζόουνς ζήτησε το λόγο από τον σταρ του Παναθηναϊκού και στη συνέχεια ακολούθησε σύρραξη και απώθηση στο λαιμό από τον Αμερικάνο του Ολυμπιακού - Αποβλήθηκαν και οι δύο παίκτες
Ο Ολυμπιακός υποδέχεται τον Παναθηναϊκό στο ΣΕΦ για τον 5ο τελικό του Basket League.
Ο Ολυμπιακός προηγούνταν με 11 πόντους 3 λεπτά πριν τελειώσει η τρίτη περίοδος όταν και άναψαν τα αίματα.
Αρχικά ο Κέντρικ Ναν έσπρωξε εκτός φάση τον Βεζένκοφ και χρεώθηκε με το 4ο φάουλ του, με τον Αμερικανό να κάνει κίνηση ότι ο Βούλγαρος έκανε θέατρο και να ακολουθεί έντονος διάλογος μεταξύ των παικτών.
Στη συνέχεια ο Ταϊρίκ Τζόουνς απώθησε τον Ναν στο λαιμό.
Οι διαιτητές είδαν τη φάση στο instant replay και έδωσαν τεχνική ποινή στους δύο Αμερικανούς, με τον Ναν να αποβάλλεται αφού είχε 4 φάουλ.
Αποβλήθηκε και ο Ταϊρίκ Τζόουνς με ντεσκαλιφιέ για την απώθηση στο λαιμό του Ναν.
