The relocation of Parnitha casino to Maroussi at the Voria tourism complex will be completed in two years’ time, the management of North Star Entertainment reported on Wednesday.

The project has a budget of €380 million and is being developed at the Dilaveri Estate, near the Olympic Stadium of Athens and the Golden Hall shopping center.

The complex will include a 164-room hotel, conference and event facilities and restaurants. Construction work began last October and is estimated to be completed within about two years.

The aim is to start operation of the project in spring 2028, while in full development its annual revenue will reach €140 million.
