Najnoviji poredak najboljih tenisera sveta, objavljen ovog ponedeljka, 15. juna, doneo je veliki pad za Novaka Đokovića . Najuspešniji igrač u istoriji belog sporta pokvario je svoj plasman za jednu poziciju, pa se trenutno nalazi na osmom mestu ATP liste .
Dok se teniska javnost bavi kalkulacijama i plasmanom, Novak je prethodni vikend iskoristio za predah i uživanje u drugim sportovima. Viđen je u Barseloni na trci Formule 1 za Veliku nagradu Katalonije, gde je sa tribina pratio trijumf Luisa Hamiltona.
Navijače ipak najviše zanima Đokovićev plan za predstojeću sezonu na travi. Vimbldon startuje 29. juna, a srpski as još uvek nije zvanično potvrdio hoće li odigrati neki pripremni ili egzibicioni meč kako bi podigao formu pre odlaska u London.
Dok se čeka njegovo oglašavanje, došlo je do promene u poretku, pa je Novaka na sedmom mestu zamenio ruski teniser Danil Medvedev.
Ova rokada je ujedno i jedina promena u elitnom društvu. Vodeća trojka ostala je nepromenjena u odnosu na prethodnu sedmicu, vrh tabele i dalje drži Janik Siner, a prate ga Karlos Alkaras i Aleksandar Zverev.
Kada je reč o ostalim srpskim teniserima, u prvih sto nalaze se još dva imena. Hamad Međedović je trenutno naš drugi najbolji reket na svetu i zauzima 67. mesto, dok se Miomir Kecmanović nalazi trinaest pozicija iza njega, tačnije na 80. mestu ATP liste.
Što se tiče preostalih srpskih igrača koji traže svoj povratak u krem svetskog tenisa, Dušan Lajović trenutno drži 139. poziciju, dok je Laslo Đere na 225. mestu na planeti.
Sa druge strane, svetlu budućnost i polako probijanje ka vrhu najavljuje mladi i perspektivni Ognjen Milić, koji se ovog ponedeljka nalazi na 359. mestu svetske rang liste.
