The ruling coalition has decided to delay several contentious issues until September, including postal voting, the Fund for Support of Arts (FPÚ), and the dismissal of ministers. The government has also avoided seeking a vote of confidence since last autumn, despite the Constitutional Court ordering it to do so immediately due to Slovakia's high debt. According to coalition politicians, there is currently no problem within the coalition, with parliamentary speaker Richard Raši stating that problems would only arise if the government failed to pass proposed laws or if they were rejected by the 

Zrušenie voľby poštou zo zahraničia, situácia vo Fonde na podporu umenia (FPU) aj odvolávanie ministrov – koalícia sa pred letnou pauzou rozhodla odsunúť hneď niekoľko problémov až na september. Nedokáže sa na nich dohodnúť.

K tomu sa ešte pridalo, že vláda by mala požiadať parlament o dôveru, čomu sa od vlaňajšej jesene vyhýba. V stredu o tom rozhodol Ústavný súd, ktorý skonštatoval, že vláda Roberta Fica to má pre vysoký dlh Slovenska spraviť okamžite a bez zbytočného odkladu.

Nálada v koalícii je však podľa koaličných politikov dobrá. Predseda parlamentu Richard Raši (Hlas) tvrdí, že v koalícii v súčasnosti problém nie je. „ Problém v koalícii bude, keď sa neudejú dve veci – ak vláda nebude schopná schváliť vládne návrhy zákonov, teda keby sa nevedeli dohodnúť. Druhý problém by bol, keby vládne návrhy zákonov neboli schvaľované v parlamente,“ povedal Raši a dodal, že vládne návrhy doteraz prechádzali.
