Odbrojavamo sitno do prve utakmice Hrvatske na američkom Mundijalu. Ispred stadiona u Arlingtonu već se stvaraju gužve, ondje smo sreli i dvije hrvatske navijačice iz Australije, Kristinu i Katarinu Barišić , ogrnute hrvatskim zastavama. Na jednoj piše "Melbourne", na drugoj "Rakitno", odakle su podrijetlom.

Kako je bilo doputovati iz daleke Australije, koliko su platile ulaznice, pitamo ih, jer vidimo da imaju "hospitality" (VIP) ulaznice...

- Putovali smo 15 sati iz Melbournea do Los Angelesa, pa iz LA-a do Dallasa. Ulaznice smo platili 4.000 australskih dolara po komadu, dakle otprilike 2.500 američkih.

Skupa zabava, moramo primijetiti, ali to neće biti jedina utakmica Hrvatske kojoj će prisustvovati Kristina i Katarina.

- Idemo i u Philadelphiju! - najavile su.

Očekivanja?

- Pobjeda, naravno!

Na naše pitanje što ih motivira da potegnu od Australije do SAD-a zbog Hrvatske, odgovaraju kao iz topa:

- Volimo nogomet i sve što je hrvatsko!
