Vedran Pavlek one step closer to extradition to Croatia, defense announced appeal: Fear for his life

The former director of the Croatian Ski Association, Vedran Pavlek, has been approved for extradition by a court in Kazakhstan and remains in custody until a final decision on his transfer to Croatia. His legal team has announced plans to appeal the court's decision, stating they disagree with it and will seek legal remedies before a higher court. They have also mentioned that Pavlek opposes extradition due to fears for his life related to information he possesses.

Vedran Pavlek korak bliže izručenju u Hrvatsku, obrana najavila žalbu: 'Strahuje za svoj život'

Bivši direktor Hrvatskog skijaškog saveza ostaje u pritvoru do konačne odluke o izručenju
